Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Nicholls, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of the City of Douglas in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the lump sum bid for the complete work: such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if awarded a Contract, will promptly enter into a Contract and furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bonds as provided by the law and approved by the Attorney for the City of Douglas. Performance Bond shall be equal to 100 Percent (100%) of the contract amount and Payment Bond shall be equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive informalities, and to accept any Bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the Owner Contractors shall submit all questions in writing to Mark Dill via email or fax. All questions received and answers will be provided to all contractors in an addendum and listed on the Georgia Procurement Registry. All work on the project must be completed within 270 consecutive calendar days of date of Notice to Proceed. The proposed DBE goal is 7.34%.
