Sealed bids will be received, in duplicate by the Borough of The project includes milling, fabric installaOon and Super-pave Material Installation. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certfied Check or Surety Company's Bid Bond on the form provided in the Bid Documents, naming as. payee or C ligee, the ough amount of ten percent (10%) of Bally, Berks County in the of the total bid submied. The Surety Company must be acceptable to the Borough. No bid may be withdrawn after the above-specified date for receiving, opening and reading of bids, except as specifically may be provided by law. The Bidder and all subcon-tractors must be prequalified by PennDOT for the type of project work specified in order to bid the project, and PennDOT prequalificaOon cerOficates must be submit-ted by the Bidder and all sub-contractors. Bally, Berks County, PA unOl Wages paid are subject the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage approved August 15, 1961, P.L. 987 as amended and supplemented. The Pennsylvania Human RelaOons Act of 1955, P.L. 744, No. 222, as amended June 25,1997 by Act 34 of 1997, 43 P.S. 951-963, shall apply to this Contract. The Borough of Bally, Berks County, reserves the right to waive any informaliOes in, or to reject any or all bids, and to delete any item or porOon of an item without affecOng the bids on the remaining items or porOon of items.
