The Project consists of the following Contracts: Contract A - General Site/building Contract B - Mechanical Contract C - Electrical The Project generally consists of the construction of an Office Addition to the existing Borough Offices located at 425 Chestnut St. in Bally Borough. Contract A is the General Contract including the site work, Contract B is the Mechanical Contract including HVAC and plumbing, and Contract C is the Electrical Contract including lighting. All Bidders must submit Bid Security in the amount of ten percent [10%]. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the above-specified date for receiving, opening and reading of bids, except as specifically may be provided by law. Wages paid are subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961, P.L. 987 as amended and supplemented.
