Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bally, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

Bids will be presented at the public meeting of the Bally Borough to be held at 7:00 P.M. prevailing time on November 3, 2020. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Surety Company's Bid Bond on the form provided in the Bid Documents, naming as payee or Obligee, Bally Borough in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid submitted. Wages paid are subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961, P.L. 987 as amended and supplemented. The Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of 1955, P.L. 744, No. 222, as amended June 25,1997 by Act 34 of 1997, 43 P.S. 951-963, shall apply to this Contract. All Contracts exceeding $10,000.00 shall be performed in compliance with Executive Order 11246, entitled, "Equal Employment Opportunity," as amended by Executive Order 11375 and as supplemented in Department of Labor regulations (41 CFR Part 60). In addition, all Contractors shall comply with the "Nondiscrimination/Sexual Harassment Clause" as required by Pennsylvania Executive Order 2016-05.
