The Work to Be Performed Consists of Furnishing All Labor, Materials, Equipment, And appurtenances for Abatement of Various Asbestos-containing Materials (Acm) at the High School and Middle School, to Support the Renovations to the Existing Buildings, and Replacement With New Flooring in Selected Locations. Representatives Ofthe Owner and Environmental Consultant Will Be Present to Discuss the Project. Owner's Representative Will Transmit to All prospective Bidders of Record Such Addenda as Owner Considers Necessary in Response to Questions Arising at the Conference, Orduring the Bidding Period. All Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Security in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Base Bid.
