Construction Services for the FY25 National Roofing Program (NRP) Project #10- PA086 Shillington, PA; PA060 Lock Haven, PA; PA176 Danville, PA *** This Solicitation is for the NRP MATOC Pool Only *** Reference is made to your Indefenite Delivery Contracts, Numbers W912QR24D0054- W912QR24D0063, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Design-Build Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Bulding Envelop, Roof Repair and Replacement Construction in Support of the U.S. Army Reserves National Roofing Program (NRP), Army, and Air Force Reserve Sections. The ability to enter technical inquiries and questions relating to proposal procedures or bonds will be disabled five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date stated in the solicitation. The cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for this project. Performance and Payment Bonds are required within 10 days after the date of award. The Notice to Proceed will be issued after receipt and approval of the bonds. commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed. complete the entire work ready for use not later than 275 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
