**As of February 2, 2026, the project was awarded to J. Phillips Excavating & Hauling LLC, with an awarded amount of $443,263.74.** The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances for installation of new insertion valves, gate valves, ductile iron pipe, couplings, fittings, and accessories. Traffic control, temporary paving, and final pavement restoration are also required. Proposals must be accompanied by a Proposal Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total proposal. The project must be substantially complete within ninety (90) calendar days and finally complete within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. A Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Total Contract Amount is required. The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, and prevailing minimum rates as promulgated under the act must be paid by contractors. Contract documents can be obtained from the Engineer's office for a non-refundable deposit.
