Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Auburn, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Plans and specifications will not be mailed/e-mailed until payment is received. Instructions to Bidders Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The above-referenced project isfunded with assistance from a Michigan Department of Natural Resources Trust Fund grant, relevant state or federal requirements will apply. All successful bidders shall comply with all requirements of 1976 PA 453 (Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act) and 1976 PA 220 (Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act). The Contractor and any subcontractor under the contract may not discriminate against an employee or an applicant for employment in hiring, any terms and conditions of employment, or matters related to employment because of religion, race, color, national origin, age, sex, height, weight, marital status, partisan considerations, or a disability or genetic information that is unrelated to the person's ability to perform the duties of a particular job or position.
