Site work for a mixed-use development in Auburn, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of July 8, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Project consists of grading, paved drive, and parking lot, tennis/pickleball court, basketball court trail connection, stormwater management, rain garden, wetland, fencing and plantings. TIME OF COMPLETION 6.01 Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete on or before April 4, 2025, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before April 25, 2025. CONTRACT DESCRIPTION A. The Contractor shall furnish all the labor, material and construction equipment and perform all the work for this project as shown on the Drawings and described in the specifications prepared by Spicer Group, Inc. Contractor shall be responsible for the entire work until completed and accepted by the Owner.
