Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. The above-referenced project is funded with assistance from a Michigan Department of Natural Resources Trust Fund grant, relevant state or federal requirements will apply. All successful bidders shall comply with all requirements of 1976 PA 453 (Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act) and 1976 PA 220 (Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act).
