Site work and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hart, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Major items: install 200-amp underground service next to the transformer on the northwest corner of the parking lot and approximately 50 feet of underground 50-amp 120x240 volt service to (2) 12 x 16 sheds on the west side of the lot and approximately 120 feet of underground 50-amp 120x240 volt service to (3) 12x16 sheds located near the middle of the parking lot. A meter shall be installed on each chalet similar to model EKM-25XDSE, provided by contractor. Each shed shall be wired with one outdoor light on the right side of front entrance door, (2) single pole switches, (4) outlets, and one (1) 8-ft LED ceiling light. See diagram below The City of Hart reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, to waive any irregularities in any proposal and to negotiate with a selected contractor if it appears such actions would be in the best interest of the City of Hart.
