Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fairfield, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Supply, deliver and install three (3) Kilns (one Kiln each) at Timothy Dwight & North Stratfield Elementary Schools and Fairfield Woods Middle School as well as install a venting system at North Stratfield Elementary School as detailed in the Bid document. The Bid Bond furnished, as bid security, must be duly executed by the bidder as principal. It must be in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total estimated bid, as guarantee that, in case the contract is awarded to the bidder, the bidder will, within ten days thereafter, execute such contract and furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond.
