The purpose of the sale is to return long-time vacant property back to a productive community asset. The City of Covington seeks qualified Developers to acquire and redevelop the property in a manner that has the greatest positive impact to the Eastside neighborhood. This parcel is in close proximity to MLK Jr. Blvd Bridge leading into Newport, KY, and the Licking River. It is also in the neighborhood of Randolph Park.
