Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in San Rafael, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This project generally consists of grinding and paving asphalt concrete digouts, crack seal, traffic control, storm water pollution control and related incidental work at various locations around Marin County including: Via De La Vista, Camino Del Mar, Redwood Highway Frontage Road, Thomas Dr, Walker St, Crystal Ct, Central Dr, Neila Wy, Knoll Ln, Central Ave, Taylor Ave, Park St, Crescent Drive, and Pt. Reyes-Petaluma Rd. The Contractor shall possess a valid Class "A" License at time of bid submittal. A Bid Bond, cash, certified check, or cashier's check, in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount payable to the County of Marin shall accompany the Proposal. There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled for this project. Questions concerning the Bid should be submitted via Bid Express no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 11, 2023. Inquiries or questions based on alleged patent ambiguity of the plans, specifications or estimate must be communicated as a bidder inquiry prior to bid opening. Bidder must visit the work site before submitting a bid. Bidder shall thoroughly investigate the conditions which will be encountered in the project including, but not limited to, existing underground and overhead utilities, steep, rocky terrain, road width, space needed to flag traffic, staging and site access challenges.
