The scope of work includes, but not limited to: Pulverize, re-shape and re-compact existing pavement Provide cement treatment of pulver-mixed pavement Placement of select fill Placement of limestone base Placement of prime coat Placement of a hot-mix asphalt pavement Construction of intersection turnouts Construction of driveway turnouts Backfilling of pavement edges Placement of pavement markings Placement of stone rip rap Installation of storm sewer culverts (RCP) Installation of driveway culverts (HDPE) Placement of concrete headwalls (pre-cast and cast in place) Excavation of roadside ditches Re-grading of roadside ditches Final site cleanup
