Scope This Project provides for street and ditch improvements along approximately 6,400 linear feet of Lakewood Drive in the City of Ivanhoe, Texas. The scope of work includes, but not limited to: This contract shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Excavate and/or mill and remove top approximate 4" of existing pavement system 2. Proof-rolling remaining roadbed 3. Mixing and chemical treatment and compaction of remaining base and sub-base layers 4. Placement and compaction of limestone base 5. Placement of prime coat 6. Placement of a hot-mix asphalt pavement 7. Construction of intersection turnouts 8. Construction of driveway turnouts 9. Replacement and/or installation of culverts 10. Backfilling of pavement edges 11. Excavation and/or re-grading of roadside ditches 12. Final site cleanup. All contractors and subcontractors must be cleared (not suspended or debarred) prior to any formal action authorizing the award of a contract to the contractor.
