As of June 26, 2023 project still not awarded. The purpose of our geotechnical services was to perform subsurface explorations at the site for the proposed Southbridge Fire Station, and to provide foundation design and construction recommendations. Drawing titled: Boundary, Topographic & Utility Survey of Map 30, Lots 59, 60 & 64 Thru 67, Prepared for Town of Southbridge, 129 Worcester Street, 17 & 23 Snow Street, (Sheets 1-2), (Existing Conditions Plan) prepared by Levesque Geomatics Inc., dated February 1, 2023, and provided to LGCI by Pomroy via e-mail on February 1, 2023. Bid Documents will be available online without charge on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 after 12:00 PM. Go to www.atjplanroom.com, click on Public Jobs then the project name. Drawings and specifications will be available to view and download. To download you must register for a free account, which will place you on the plan holders list to receive Addenda when issued.
