Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Southbridge, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Town is seeking bids for the renovation and improvements to an existing town owned property to accommodate animal shelter at the location. The construction project will include site-work, demolition of the interior to the existing structure, construction of an addition and associated plumbing, electrical, and heating and ventilation SUBTRADES Section 220000 - Plumbing Section 230000 - HVAC Section 260000 - Electrical Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below, and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. The bidder agrees that its bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded, after the opening of the bids. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all bids, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
