The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to negotiate any and all contract terms with the successful proposer, or to cancel this proposal at any time if it is in the Town’s best interest to do so. Any contract agreement must be approved by the Southbridge Town Council Insurance policies shall be written by a company licensed to do business in the state of Massachusetts with a minimum A.M. Assess the availability and condition of existing infrastructure, such as ducts, conduits, or utility poles, which can facilitate fiber deployment for private and public use. Evaluate the technical feasibility of deploying fiber in the specific locations, considering factors like terrain, geographical challenges, or environmental considerations. Assess if any modifications or adaptations are required to overcome these obstacles. Evaluate the cost and effort required for obtaining necessary rights-of-way or permits for installation.
