The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. For the Day Camp Building the existing rear foundation wall will remain in place. All tile will be removed from the inside of the wall and the concrete wall will remain. All remaining foundation walls should be either removed, or cut 1-foot below grade and left in place.
