Click on the "Solicitations" and "View" tabs. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 5/8/2023 4:00 PM All questions must be answered and the date given must be clear and comprehensive. This statement must be notarized. If necessary, questions may be answered on separate sheets This contract includes the demolition and removal of 2 concrete and steel structures, concrete slab removal, various fence post and debris removal, and final grading and seeding. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. For the Day Camp Building the existing rear foundation wall will remain in place. All tile will be removed from the inside of the wall and the concrete wall will remain. All remaining foundation walls should be either removed, or cut 1-foot below grade and left in place.
