The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: WSU Old Stadium Swing Space and MEP Upgrade Weber State University Weber State University, Ogden Campus DFCM PROJECT #23025810 Project Description: Upgrade mechanical and plumbing systems throughout the old stadium and sky suites as well as electrical to support the new HVAC system. This upgrade includes changing the HVAC system from VAV air handling system with reheat boxes to a VRF system. This includes both water source and air source units. There is also a portion of the scope to reconfigure one of the existing locker rooms to be flexible office space for the University to use.
