First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure forms shall be delivered to City Hall no later than 4:00 PM on the same day. Bids shall be clearly marked "Rosemont Signal Loop Detector Upgrade (PW-23-04)". Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days following bid opening. This project will be bid and awarded as a lump sum contract. This project is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. Project generally includes installation of six radar detectors to replace the existing loop detection system. The radar detectors will be wired to the controller through the existing conduit system. The project will install a new cabinet interface device in the signal cabinet for configuration with the existing controller. The existing loop detectors will be abandoned inplace, with the existing loop feeder cables removed. The Engineer's estimate for this project is $70,000.
