The City of Keene, New Hampshire is issuing this request for qualifications (RFQ) for the professional services required for the development of rehabilitation recommendations for the sewer force main running from the Martell Court Pump Station (MCPS) to the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). In order to develop these recommendations, the selected consultant will be expected to conduct comprehensive (internal and external) inspections, collect and analyze data, and prepare a comprehensive report summarizing their findings. The force main to be inspected is 30 in diameter, approximately 2-miles long, and is constructed of ductile iron.
