The City of Bluefield, West Virginia will receive sealed bids from qualified persons or businesses for the construction and finishing of twelve (12) 8'x12 wooden structures. The floor will need to be built upon two by six (2 x 6) treated lumber with four by four (4 x 4) runners for transport. The shed should contain one (1) exterior door and one (1) liftgate style window, one (1) outdoor weatherproof outlet, and stained with cedar colored stain. The interior of the structure shall be finished out with insulation, electrical outlets, lights and a 40 amp disconnect box with conduit running out of floor. Bidders are subject to the following conditions: Successful Bidders must have a WV business license, and a current business license from the City of Bluefield. Bids will be accepted until Friday, June 2, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. Bids received by any other method will not be eligible. The City of Bluefield reserves the right to contract with the business the City deems to be in its best interest.
