The proposed work consists of approximately 273 CY of Asphalt Concrete, 200 SY of Pavement Planning and 22 CY of Aggregate Shoulder. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing Engineer's Base Bid Cost Estimate is $75,000.00. The work will be substantially completed on or before October 20, 2023, and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before October 27, 2023. Bids must be submitted on the unbound Bid Forms furnished with the Bidding Documents and must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code or a Bid Security furnished in Bond Form, issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.This project is funded by the OPWC Grant Program.
