Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Addison, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
All questions and correspondence shall be directed toJBaldwin@WTGroup.com. Under no circumstances shall contractors contact the Addison Park District. Only qualified Contractors who can furnish satisfactory proof that they have performed work of similar nature as Contractors will be entitled to receive Plans and submit Bids. The Addison Park District reserves the right to issue Bid Documents and award the project only to those Contractors deemed qualified. All Proposals must be accompanied by a Bank Cashiers Check, Bank Draft, Certified Check, or Bid Bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid, or as provided in the applicable sections of the PROJECTMANUAL. No Bid may be withdrawn after the bid opening without the consent of the Owner for a period of sixty (60) days. The Contractor will be required to pay Prevailing Wages in accordance with all applicable laws. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible, and qualified bidder considering conformity with the terms and conditions established by The Addison Park District and the Contract Documents. The Addison Park District reserves the right to determine responsibility at the time of award, to reject any and all Bids, to readvertise the proposed improvements, and to waive technicalities
