As of July 25, 2023, project was awarded to Kruczek Construction, awarded amount is $2,102,578.65. street and utility construction on Balsam Street, Birch Street, and Peckham Road including excavation, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, sanitary lift station, force main, base course, curb & gutter, asphalt trail, asphalt paving, horizontal directional drilling, dewatering, street trees, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents Residential Development Infrastructure Improvements - Phase 1 - to include: street and utility construction on Balsam Street, Birch Street, and Peckham Road including excavation, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, sanitary lift station, force main, base course, curb & gutter, asphalt trail, asphalt paving, horizontal directional drilling, dewatering, street trees, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents.
