Trees Will Be Cut, Stumps Left in Place and Debris Hauled Away. Quotes Will Be Reviewed and Contracts Will Be Awarded to Vendors Whose Quotes Are Most Responsive To the Solicitation and Are Most Advantage to the Town of Rome, Considering Price, Quality and Other Factors.
