Site work for a mixed-use development in Nekoosa, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility.
As of September 13, 2023, the project was awarded to DMC Landscaping but the awarded amount is not available. OPTION 1: Remove existing rock, place high quality weed barrier and new edging where required. Then, place four inches of new rock and decorative shrubs. The new rock must be 1-1/2" Mississippi River Rock from Wolosek Landscaping or comparable. OPTION 2: Remove existing rock, place black dirt and plant native prairie grass / plantings. The prairie grass / plantings should include a rotation of plants that will bloom throughout the summer season. OPTION 3: The Town is open to any landscaping ideas with large rocks, planters or native plants that are low maintenance and professional in appearance.
