Site work for a mixed-use development in Nekoosa, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Project includes but is not limited to the following described quantities of work: SCOPE OF WORK Furnish and install 36 helical pier foundations. Install helical piers at two separate locations on Nekoosa school grounds. o Installers must be trained and certified by the helical pier manufacturer. o Contractor to layout the final locations in the field for each helical pier per the design. Project completeion date: March 15, 2024 Bidder must show evidence of bidders qualifications to compete this work in the State of Wisconsin. Bidder to submit references from past projects. The City of Nekoosa may reject any or all bids on any basis and without disclosure of any reason. The failure to make a decision shall not result in accural of any right, claim or cause of action against the city. The city also reserves the right to waive any formalities or informalities in bidding, and to select the bid that, in its opinion will best serve the interests of the city.
