Site work for a civil project in Thousand Oaks, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.
Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) calendar days after the bid opening date. Bids must be submitted on the City's Bid Forms. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the City with requisite insurance and Payment and Performance Bonds in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price and on the forms included in the contract documents, as outlined in the Instructions to Bidder. The successful bidder will be required to complete all work within 70 CALENDAR DAYS from the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. Discrepancies in, and/or omissions from the Plans, Specifications or other Contract Documents or questions as to their meaning shall be immediately brought to the attention of the City by submission of a written request to the City for an interpretation or correction. Such submission, if any, must be sent to the Project Manager by emailing to ecamia@toaks.org. All questions must be received no later than 5:00 pm at least 7 calendar days prior to bid opening.
