The Vermont State Colleges System seeks a firm, firms, or individuals to provide a plan and proposal for fabrication and installation components per the completed design package provided by Sparky Potter Design Group / Wood & Wood Sign Systems. The selected firm should provide, at minimum, the following services: 1. Site analysis and observation: Tour the 5 distinct campuses to verify measurements, install location and stake all selected install locations per design drawing packages. 2. Fabrication services: Fabricate signs as designed. 3. Installation services: Deliver and Install all signs as designed. Question Deadline 06/14/2023 at 4:00 PM ET Questions regarding this RFP may be directed to Vermont State University, Manager of Transformation Projects, and Planning, at Michael.stevens@vsc.edu We are seeking proposals from firms to fabricate and install a new exterior wayfinding design package for the five (5) primary campus locations: Castleton, Johnson, Lyndon, Randolph, and Williston of the newly established Vermont State University (VTSU). This includes fabrication, removal of existing and delivery and installation of all permanent signs to ideally be completed by 12/31/23. It is understood that due to the extensive nature of this project and unknown weather conditions portions of the installation of this project may extend into Winter/Spring 2024 if deemed necessary by both parties. This work will build upon our recently completed signage design package and continue to establish the feel of the new entity while it considers and honors the existing campus communities.
