Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Laporte, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a pipeline.

The Sullivan County Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids for the replacement of an existing oil-fired hot water boiler with a new propane fired boiler of equivalent BTUs at the Sullivan County Medical Center, 217 King Street, Laporte, PA 18626. Bid shall include the purchase of a new 1000-gallon propane tank to be placed next to existing generator propane tank as well as approximately 200 feet of appropriate sized new gas line to be buried and connected to the new boiler. All piping and venting shall also be included in the bid along with the decommission of an existing buried oil tank according to DEP guidelines. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage applies to any bid over $25,000.00. A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price shall accompany all bids. Bond may be by Certified Check, Irrevocable Letter of Credit, or other financial security acceptable to the owner. The Commissioners have the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof. - Replace existing oil-fired hot water boiler with a new propane fired boiler of equivalent BTUs including all necessary piping and venting. - Supply new 1000-gallon propane tank to be placed next to existing generator propanetank. - Bury approximately 200 feet of appropriately sized new gas line from the new tank to be connected to the new boiler. - Decommission existing buried oil tank according to DEP guidelines. - Demolition and Removal of all old materials.
