Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Keene, New Hampshire. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of Keene is seeking a qualified Consulting Engineering firm for the design, permitting and bid phase services associated our Transportation Heritage Trail - Phase I project. The project includes the design of bicycle and pedestrian amenities as follows: Upgrade of approximately 4,100 ft. of the existing Cheshire Railroad corridor from Eastern Avenue to Rt. 101, including drainage, brush clearing, grading and stone dust surfacing; Creation of connecting trails to Chapman Road and Marlboro Street, using an existing City-owned Class VI highway, including drainage, grading and brush clearing/grubbing and stone dust surfacing Reconfiguration of the existing trailhead at Eastern Avenue to improve circulation for vehicles and trail users. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
