The selected Contractor will provide all deliverables for the project within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all BIDs, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, and to accept the bid that, in the opinion of the Board, is in the best interest of the Board and of the County of Boulder, State of Colorado.
