o Approximately 130,000 Gallons/Year delivered to the City of Medford RWRF o Delivery volume is approximately 4,800 Gallons/Load, approximately one load every two (2) weeks. o Quote price for the chemical to be delivered F.O.B Destination for a contract term of one year starting July 1, 2023, and ending June 30, 2024. o Shipments will be made upon request by the City of Medford. Suppliers must ship chemical within seven working days after receipt of order. o Shipments shall be made with equipment in good working condition. Off-Loading requires 2-inch hose, at least 20 feet long, with cam lock fittings and truck air compressor. Shipments not accompanied by off-loading equipment, or arriving with unsafe equipment, will be rejected at the supplier's expense. o Deliveries must be made Monday through Friday between the hours of 06:00 and 14:00. Deliveries outside of the established times may be arranged on an emergency basis. o Any changes in rates, fees, or other charges must be submitted to the WRD Manager in writing no less than 30 days prior to taking effect. o Certificates of Analysis must accompany each shipment. Shipments not accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis will be refused at supplier's expense. o The City of Medford may reject any bid it deems incomplete or otherwise nonresponsive by notifying the vendor in writing of the reason for bid rejection. The City of Medford reserves the right to award multiple contracts for this chemical supply.
