Deliver bids to the Johnston County Public Schools Main Office located at 601 A West Market Street, Smithfield, NC 27577. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Bid security required is 5% of the bid in cash, certified check, or Bid Bond. Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract amount will be required. Johnston County Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities. Minority Business Participation: Bidders shall note that compliance with County of Johnston MBE policies and the North Carolina Statute 143-128.2 (c) are required for this project.
