Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes ("RFQ") is being issued to establish a contract with one qualified supplier who will provide Janitorial Services to the Georgia Department of Labor, Thomasville Career Center (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this RFQ. The Georgia Department of Labor is soliciting services from a qualified company capable of providing Janitorial/Custodial services at the Georgia Department of Labors' Thomasville Career Center. The qualified company will perform normal Janitorial duties as required by the Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL). Services will be provided at 403 North Broad Street, Thomasville, GA 31799. The Janitorial/Custodial service contract consists of furnishing all labor, material, consumables, supplies, tools, equipment, supervision, insurance and incidentals necessary to perform custodial services as indicated in these Specifications. It will be the Contractor's responsibility to provide adequate staffing to fulfill the terms of the Contract. Renewal will be accomplished through the issuance of Notice of Award Amendment.
