Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project will consist of removal of existing, wooden boat ramp (sub-surface), removal of asphalt ramp and a portion of parking lot. Removal of one tree. Installation of new, pre-cast concrete boat ramp sections with related washed stone base course. Placement of cast-in-place concrete ADA ramp, stairs, walls, and wharf adjacent to water. Installation of Owner provided, new, ADA compliant kayak/canoe dock system, gangway, and strong-arms. All related steel railings will be provided by contractor. Asphalt paving of new ramp and parking area as well as new striping of parking spots including ADA spots, (including signage).
