The City of Sheboygan Falls Department of Public Works hereby gives notice that unit price bids will be accepted for the road resurfacing of Partridge Run from Huron Trail at Columbine Lane to Huron Trail at Foxglove Lane, Huron Trail from Columbine Lane to the west terminus, Meadow Ridge Drive from CTH PP to the south terminus, Iroquois Trail from Ashland Court to Meadow Ridge Drive and Ashland Court from Iroquois Trail to the north terminus. The resurfacing will consist of approximately 21,096 SY of asphaltic pulveriz ng and 5,062 tons of hot mix asphaltic pavement. An alternate bid for resurfacing the Monroe Street Park ng lot to be included. The resurfacing will consist of approximately 1,684 SY of asphaltic pulveriz ng and 405 tons of hot mix asphalt pavement OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities in bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serve the interests of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reduce the paving quantities based on available funding. No bid shall be withdrawn 60 days after the scheduled opening of the bids without the consent of the Owner. BID SECURITY: Bid security in the amount not less than 5% of the Bid shall accompany each Bid. The Bidder to whom the Contract is awarded shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in an amount equal to the Contract Price. WAGE SCALE: State of Wisconsin Prevailing Wage Rates are NOT part of this contract.
