Solicitation Id: NE-01 Assistance is needed with real estate tasks for the resurfacing of STH 32. Real estate services for a perpetuation project to resurface 8.02 miles of STH 32 from STH 42 to STH 32/57 South Junction in the village of Howards Grove and the city of Kiel in Sheboygan County. STH 32 will receive a 2 inch mill and overlay of asphalt and have corrugated metal pipe culverts replaced with reinforced concrete pipe. Provide turn-key acquisition including introduction letters, review of title work, encroachment removal letters and revocable occupancy permits, sales study/data book, Nominal Payment Parcel Report, Nominal Parcel Acquisition (Blitz) Meeting, and appraisals, if needed. Negotiations on all READS input and offering packages, closing out parcel files including recording of all documents, W-9 information, mailings of six-month/two-year deed letters, and a complete final audit verifying all information is in READS at the end of the project. A final plat will not be available until October of 2025. Approximately 32 parcels are anticipated mostly FEE with some having additional TLE areas attached.
