Site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Bidders are required to furnish bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check in an amount of not less than Five Percent (5%) of the total base bid amount. The awarded contractor will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the project bid amount. Prevailing Wage Rates are not a requirement for this project. The project will include improvements and an addition to the existing structure, construction of a new multi-purpose building for salt storage and brine production and related sitework. The awarded Contractor will be required to furnish a certificate of insurance naming the County of Sheboygan as additionally insured prior to the start of any work related to the project. Sheboygan County reserves the right to reject any bids received, in whole or in part, cancel this solicitation, waive any informality associated with the proposal process and award the contract deemed to be in the best interest of Sheboygan County
