Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............ The Town of Fairfax is inviting design professionals bid on the development of the final design of the BFA East Stormwater System. A 30% design was created as part of the 2018 Fairfax Stormwater Master Plan which is available online This 30% design for a StormTech MC-3500 chamber system shall be used as the base for the development of the final design. The design shall be coordinated with the development of the BFA West Stormwater System design so as to not be duplicative or conflict. Bid selection will be per the Town's Purchasing Policy Bid packages shall include a certificate of insurance for the designers, a proposed contract, timeline, and itemization of staff to be assigned to work tasks. Qualified small, minority, and women-owned businesses are encouraged to apply.
