Renovation of a municipal facility in Fairfax, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Fairfax is requesting proposals for the installation of an audio-visual system in the large conference room at the Fairfax Town Offices at 12 Buck Hollow Rd. consisting of the following components: Ceiling-mounted, manual pull-down projector screen along the south wall of the room; Ceiling-mounted projector oriented to the screen with wireless connection capability from a laptop; Wall-mounted flat-screen monitor on the eastern wall capable of wireless connection from a laptop; Ceiling-mounted microphone to capture the southern half of the room capable of wireless connection to a laptop to facilitate virtual meetings across a variety of standard platforms such as Teams or Zoom. An itemized cost per task is requested as well as a timeline that includes start date and completion date A Certificate of Insurance and Holds-Harmless Agreement are required prior to beginning work. Proposals will be evaluated and work awarded per available funds and the Fairfax Purchasing Policy.
