Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The services will comprise of supply, installation, start-up, commissioning, and warranty of a new heating plant for the Prince Rupert City Hall building. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: (i) Demolition of existing heating system equipment, piping, controls, insulation, venting and electrical within the basement boiler room. (ii) Supply and installation of new gas fired high-efficiency condensing boilers complete with associated heating water piping, gas piping, venting, insulation, controls, chemical treatment, and electrical. (iii) Replacement of secondary system piping and pumps within the boiler room, to improve circulation to the heating terminals throughout the building. (iv) Water balancing at the conclusion of the work to confirm distribution and boiler pumps flows to suit design requirements.
