Renovation of a municipal facility in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Prince Rupert is seeking proposals from qualified proponents in response to this request for proposals for the provision of the Services to be carried out within the schedule provided by the Construction Manager to the City, and accepted by the City, pursuant to the Agreement, and if applicable, the performance of the Work, to be carried out in accordance with the Construction Contract, for the conversion of a former car dealership into a new Public Works office building. The City has signed a lease for the property at 1001 Chamberlin Avenue, Prince Rupert, British Columbia for the purpose of relocating Public Works personnel and operations to that site.
