Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials and equipment to complete the statement of work, including all afterhours labour for noisy, interruptive and intrusive (hazmat-involved) work. Work comprises of, but not limited to, the following: The removal and replacement of the existing sanitary and storm piping within the building to plumbing fixtures, as indicated on the drawings. This includes millwork, mirrors and tile remove and reinstatement for the project. Replacement involves segregation of storm and sanitary services to be piped separately throughout the building namely the crawlspace and slab below to pipe to building manhole prior to city manhole connection. Full hazmat abatement work must be included in the base bid in accordance to the Hazmat Plan.
