Renovation of a medical facility in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,310-square-foot, four-story above grade medical facility.
The work to be undertaken generally includes the following: 1. Coordinate progress schedule and hoarding with Owner Occupancy during construction. 2. Work under this contract includes: a. A multiple phase of construction and Owner Occupancy. b. Selective demolition and renovation of existing facility. 3. Work of this Contract comprises general construction and renovation for Prince Rupert Regional Hospital - Emergency Department 4. This project will consist of multiple-phased renovation to the Emergency Department and main entrance including demolition; construction of the Emergency Department vestibule and shower; and work associated with and the coordination of the Owner supplied Mobile Medical Unit. 5. Comply with Infection Prevention Control Measures as per CSA Z317.13-22. Coordinate with Northern Health on-site IPAC professional and FM manager to ensure controls are appropriate for the space being worked in. 6. Removal and re-installation of equipment. 7.
