Site work for a water / sewer project in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work to be done under this Contract consists of the repair work of the float and wharf in the Rushbrook Small Craft Harbour site, located at 299 George Hills Way, Prince Rupert, BC. The work generally consists of the supply of small tools, heavy equipment, operators and labourers, and the supply of materials to Site. Work Tasks as directed by the Departmental Representative. Work Tasks include, but are not limited to the following items: 1. Mobilization / Demobilization. 2. Mooring Well Repair. 3. Stringer Replacement. 4. Bull Rail Replacement. 5. Wheel Guards Replacement. 6. Handrail Replacement. 7. Half Size Fiberglass Pontoon Installation. 8. Full Size Fiberglass Pontoon Installation. 9. Polyethylene Floatation Installation. 10. Wharf Decking Replacement. 11. Rub Boards Replacement. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements this project is estimated to cost between $100,001.00 to $500,000.00.
