The scope of this contract, known as Concrete Stoop Replacement Phase 1 at Welles Village, generally includes the concrete stoop replacements at the Residential/Apartment Buildings. The scope of the work shall specifically include but not be limited to the following items 1. Remove concrete stoop/stairs 2. Remove concrete/asphalt sidewalk adjacent to stoop/stairs. 3. Shore existing canopies. 4. Replace stoop/stairs & adjacent sidewalks w/ new. 5. Replace wood columns @ stoop/stairs and wrap in one piece PVC Versawrap with cap and base. The Glastonbury Housing Authority is accepting bids to replace deteriorated steps and stoops at its Welles Village housing property. Last day for questions is end of business day, 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. Questions are directed to David Holmes of Capital Studio Architects (dholmes@capitalstudio.net) and must be in written form such as e-mail. Estimated Range $600K-$650K. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
